Pupil and staff wellbeing at Christ Church Academy is central to our Christian ethos, underpinning all that we do as a school community. We believe that every individual is uniquely valued and deserves to flourish in a nurturing, compassionate environment. Our strong pastoral support system, built on positive relationships and attentive care, works hand in hand with a rich extra-curricular programme to promote pupils’ emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing. Through clubs, sports, creative arts and leadership opportunities, pupils are encouraged to develop confidence, resilience and a sense of belonging.
For our staff, we are equally committed to fostering wellbeing by providing dedicated wellbeing meeting time and offering a range of wellbeing activities throughout the academic year, ensuring that all members of our community feel supported, valued and inspired.
